Refund policy

All sales of Jaw Tech products are final.

No Returns

Due to the personal-use and hygienic nature of Jaw Tech products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been purchased.

Jaw Tech products are intended for individual use and may come into contact with the mouth and teeth. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, products cannot be returned for resale.

No Refunds

Jaw Tech does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use the product
  • Discomfort or dissatisfaction with the product
  • Improper fitting, molding, or use
  • Failure to follow the provided instructions
  • Products that have been opened, used, molded, altered, or damaged after delivery

Please review all product information, instructions, warnings, and contraindications before purchasing and using the product.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are considered final purchases and are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund after the order has been submitted.

Estimated shipping or fulfillment dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, transportation, customs, fulfillment, or other circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights that may be required by applicable law, including rights that may arise from significant fulfillment delays.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide a replacement or other remedy.

Do not discard the product or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

Shipping Issues

Jaw Tech is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Exceptions Required by Law

This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires Jaw Tech to provide a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy, Jaw Tech will comply with those requirements.
